The Hot Springs Theatre has a rather unusual design influence for the community. Mediterranean Revival with Art Deco elements. Most indicative of this style is the elliptical arched roof with corner decoration and stucco facing. Tall, narrow arched windows with balconets show the Mediterranean influence. A Romanesque arched appendage with clay tile roofing appears on each side of the building. Another often unnoticed element is the pressed metal ceiling on the canopy.
